Review of Paddington (2014) by Bikerjames — 28 Apr 2015

I was surprised at how much I liked this movie. Certainly not the greatest kids movie ever made, but not the totally predictable movie I thought it would be. There were a few laugh out loud moments. Nicole Kidman was perfect as the "bad guy" as well.

I enjoyed the English humor and there were politically incorrect moments that may not have made it into an American film that I appreciated (such as getting someone inebriated on purpose). The interplay between the live actors and the computer generated bear was flawless which is a tribute to the actors involved, and the film looks great.
