Review of Paddington (2014) by Ashlee O — 16 Feb 2015
Absolutely adorable. I didn't really go into this one with any expectations. Outside of a just a few recent titles now more than ever most of the movies aimed at kids are just terrible. I knew very little about this one.
Just that it was based on a children's book and my sister wanted to see it. Thankfully, Paddington was a delight to watch. All the characters are memorable and likeable...especially Paddington. The aesthetic in the film is just beautiful and bursting with color.
I particularly enjoyed unique and cozy look of the Brown house. I'd highly recommend this one to anyone who has kids or to someone who just wants to see a sweet little movie.
