Review of Paddington (2014) by Robert H — 09 Mar 2015
A family film truly worthy of calling a classic, Paddington is the film all families (and those who just enjoy movies) should see.
The film has aspects of Stuart Little and even 101 Dalmations but it is truly a story that works on it's own merits. The animation is very very very good and blends almost seamlessly with the live action creating a truly believable and loveable character in Paddington Bear.
This is a heartwarming film that really surprised me in being anything but standard. Kudos to the filmmakers for bringing great film making to family fare.
