Paul King and Simon Farnaby have miraculously managed to improve upon every aspect of the classic original. The cast is perfect, the Wes Anderson style direction impeccable and the story is packed with so many laughs and so much love it's impossible to not fall into its embrace.
I can not recommend this film enough. Take your kids, take your nieces, nephews, cousins, friends or just treat yourself; it will be be sure to add some color to your winter day. Paddington 2 is one of the best family films ever.
