Review of Paddington 2 (2017) by James I — 25 May 2018
This not that great of a movie. I really liked the first one, but this sequel shares far too many similarities with a far better movie for a majority of its plot. When Paddington was thrown in jail, accidentally dyed the prison uniforms Wes Anderson pink, made friends with mean criminals via the magic of cooking and later escaped prison with these new friends all that I could see was "The Grand Budapest Hotel.
" Paddington is a cute character, but he deserves better than this "borrowed" plot.
