Review of Pacific Rim: Uprising (2018) by Mitch P — 24 Mar 2018

Being a massive Pacific Rim fan, It was fun to not get excited for this movie. That being said, I left the cinema feeling quite pleased with the result. Not as good as the first one, being more light hearted and less emotional, but it did definitely make up for it with dashing visuals, clean continuous shots, more than decent acting.

the plot was very engaging and it helped make the experience feel like a very nice crescendo of action. it is a movie about massive robots fighting alien monsters, don't take it too seriously and let your inner child live his dream!
