As much as I hate to say it... SPOILERS ...
PacRim Uprising has too many characters which don't get enough focus. Should have kept the kids out of it ... OR ... focus on them entirely ... OR ... Should have had Pentecost and Mako be the drifters with Lambert and Jules teamed up as the last two Jaeger teams to fight the big bad!
