Not a bad movie but has enough cornball writing in the script to say, not a good movie either. Moves to fast with not much back story to enhance the characters. What back story there is, is corny & unnecessary.
My main complaint is there is not enough real time laps 2 rebuild the Jaegers & add new technology after the assault on the Jaeger base? Seamed to be only a few hours while the Kaijus moved onto there objective.
Its an action syfi movie but could & should be somewhat believable & realistic. Overall its about what I expected, which was not much.
