Excellent effects and a fully realized world. The action is far better than, say, Transformers, keeping you involved throughout. The main character is dull, but the supporting cast is excellent and there are some great visual wonders on display here.
A few plot holes here and there, but nothing to detract too much from what is, overall, an enjoyable experience involving robots, aliens, and some unique scientific elements.
