A great suspense-drama-thriller film starring Matthew Modine, Melanie Griffith, and Michael Keaton. A sociopathic man schemes his way into an apartment and manipulates things, making the owners of the buildings lives a living hell.
A great 1990 film that is well acted, Beverly D'Angelo, Dorian Harewood, and Laurie Metcalf also make up this great cast.
