While James Franco's performance as the great & powerful wizard of Oz feels too current, the visuals and characters in the film are a definite sight to behold, keeping your complete and undivided attention for most of it's running time.
Recommended for most kids, ages 8 and up, certain scenes might be too much nightmare fuel for those under 7.
