I walked away from this Oz interpretation wondering what happened... there was something missing? Yes, the visuals and digital wizardry were fantastic and seamless, but I felt rushed through every scene as if the story was being shoved down my throat.
My favorite part of the entire film is the opening B&W 3D sequences.... the credits were stunning and later the entire tornado sequence, but when the world goes color, the magic seemed to fade away for the most part.
Something weird about Mila's face in green, like her head was to big for her body? Bizarre and hard to look at for too long. Can someone please make "Wicked" the musical into a Film???
