Magnificent to look at, and a treat of flashbacks, but the script is weak, although it picks up steam at the midpoint (thats one hour in...) Also, Franco is facing Michelle Williams, Rachel Weisz and Mila Kunis: the comparison is really not flattering on him.

So, all in all, enjoyable, but such an epic undertaking would have deserved great care in the story department, so the result is decent but nothing more, and not that memorable.
