Have I mentioned that I love philip seymour hoffman? I can't believe that I never saw this movie. thinking back to "he was a quiet man" and christian slater's portrayal of a similar character.
at the time I was thinking that slater's portrayal was awesome but then I look at hoffman and see that he slips so easily into a character, to the point that you lose hoffman and only see the character.
slater was always there.
