Review of Overnight (2003) by Alexander J — 12 Jun 2007
Quite revealing, yet it is another subjective documentary and although you can hate Duffy for being such a prick at times and leaning to megalomania, I think "Overnight" is slightly one-sided, doesn't do his "Boondock Saints" genius any justic and tends towards a personal vengeance-movie by Smith and Montana.
Still an insightful, sometimes frightingly real documentary on the bad turns a production and the men behind it can take. THE cautionary tale about moviemaking and a must-see for every aspiring director.
