Review of Overlord (2018) by Shawn S — 08 Nov 2018
This is a horror war movie that centers around D-Day in WWII. Its not really a jump out of your seat kind of horror, its more just something crazy going on. Anyway, the first 20 minutes of this film where they are flying over Normandy is exceptional .
The movie has a great visual look and heart pounding sound to it. In the beginning there is palpable sense of danger and emotion that I really haven't felt in a war movie since Saving Private Ryan.
