Cheesy as Hell, but let's be honest the best action movies are.The fact that when he turns his cap back to front he becomes a better arm wrestler is even more amazing.Some choice quotes in this,good Stallone fun and some amazing 80's montage music.
Main critiscism being the Trailer makes this movie look action packed,where it has moderate action sequences.
