Stallone really had a fair share of bad movies in the 80's, but its one of his best bad films nothing can ever be as bad as Rhinestone. This film says it all in the title Over the Top. The story revolves around a trucker who is trying to reconnect with his son and just happens to be a very good arm wrestler so he enters an arm wrestling championship.
