Bored teenagers in a planned community which did not plan for the frustrations of youths without drivers licenses end up running amuck in this forgotten movie gem from the late 1970s. I think this was Matt Dillon's first film.
The very good soundtrack includes Van Halen, Cheap Trick, and The Ramones.
