Review of Outsourced (2007) by Adam P — 23 Nov 2008
There were a lot of great things about this movie, but what I enjoyed most of all we the honesty. "What the hell does Trish know about India, right?" Well, it wasn't so much about the authenticity of the actual environment, but moreso the interaction of the characters that I found to be truthful.
Recap: So, this dude gets shipped off to India and is, naturally, scared, ignorant and a little bit arrogant, at first. Be when he lets go and totally submerges himself in the culture, he sees not only the error of his ways but the error of the way America does business, ergo the title.
In addition, the music was awesome... and that shrine to the penis? Priceless!
