A must-see movie for anyone interested in crossing cultures. Funny, heartwarming, and definitely thought-provoking tale of a businessman sent to India to get a newly outsourced call center up and running.
He tells the call center reps that they need to learn about America to be effective sales reps - but there are lessons ahead for him, too.
