Review of Outsourced (2007) by Michael M — 30 Nov 2010
When a US conglomerate cuts costs by restructuring and outsourcing it's work force, a middle management employee is forced to improve the performance of its new India call-center. Outsourced tries to make funny fish out of water jokes and weave in a cross-cultural love story.
Unfortunately these two key ingredients to this romantic comedy are stale and cliche. Their chemistry is flat and the jokes can be seen coming from a mile away. Everything is nice and expected, but where is the fun in that?
