Good - nice location, since it's shot mostly in Mumbai - but not too much really happens and Todd's a little underwhelming as the lead. Still, it must've been liked enough to make it into a TV show - which has better actors, but is more stereotypical.
Decent for a romantic-comedy, although there's not really much of either!
