Review of Outpost (2008) by John E — 18 Mar 2008
A small band of mercenaries is hired by a shady, smart guy to retrieve something from Eastern Europe. Minerals. The mercenaries become trapped in a 1920's German Expressionist film. We rented this because it stared Pullo from HBO Rome.
It is a British film, and part of the fun was trying to understand just what the hell the mercenaries were saying. It is nicely shot, but most of the entertainment value is unintentional.
