Imagine if The Punisher was British, and leader of a group of vigilantes. You would probably get something like "Outlaw".
People who are tired of witnessing justice fail in front of mobsters, crooked police officers and mindless beatings decide to fight back themselves.
Gritty film with realistic violence and a theme you can relate to.
Biggest "Punisher" moment in the movie ? One of the Outlaws saying "This isn't murder, this is punishment !".
