Review of Outlander (2008) by Tony P — 21 Aug 2009

Silly, but awesome. Jim Caviezel plays a totally humanoid alien that crash lands in John Hurt's Viking territory of Norway. Together they hunt a gnarley looking dragon that glows in the dark, breathes fire, and mutilates Vikings guerilla style.

As if this weren't enough for me, Ron Pearlman shows up and rages around with duel hammers while screaming furious words. Really though, the effects kind of suck and it's extremely predictable.

But the actors are obviously having a ball, and therefore so was I. Cool shit happens, I swear.
