Review of Outfoxed: Rupert Murdoch's War on Journalism (2004) by Adam L — 10 Jun 2007
This is a really informative documentary. my big critique of farenheit 9/11 was always that it was SO partisan that it was only going to attract left-leaning viewers rather than winning over anyone with even a slightly republican bent. where was the damning crtique of the totally inefective democratic opposition to the bush regime?
That's what makes this of much hgher quality. while fox is definitely the main culprit (it's hard to believe that anyone actually watches this for anything other than comedy value let alone serious news) the documentary also focuses on the wider issue of more and more of our media being owned by fewer and fewer people (only 5 main companies in the us of a!) watch this and be shocked then please send a copy to all your fox-watching friends!
