Review of Outbreak (1995) by Dan H — 04 Jan 2014

Decent film, but it's weighed down by too many subplots that you just don't care about and divert attention from the plot about the outbreak. Dustin Hoffman, Kevin Spacey, and Cuba Gooding Jr all put on good performances, and the outbreak plot is pretty interesting it's just all too clear that by the end of the film that the movie was more interested in it's multiple ridiculous subplots than the medical drama.

Outbreak is a silly over-dramatic film, and it is fairly entertaining....it's just not all that good (it is ok though, decent).
