Review of Out of the Past (1947) by Jeff B — 16 Jul 2010
Extremely awesome film noir starring buttchinned Robert Mitchum trying to find Jane Greer for buttchinned Kirk Douglas. I don't know why it took me so long to see this one, but man, it flew by and had a perfect script.
The dialogue was so great, it seemed like every line was witty or suave, this is the way a noir is supposed to be. The whole cast was great, a perfect role for Mitchum, and Greer was so great to look at.
I loved this.
