Review of Out of Sight (1998) by Jim C — 28 Mar 2011
It starts off so good! Sets the stage for the rest of the movie. Gives us really interesting characters and the story is full of interesting, unpredictable drama. Then it puts itself on auto pilot and coasts into being a solid movie.
Surprisingly Clooney and Lopez have fantastic chemistry and hold the film together. Dennis Farina does his usual and steals every scene he's in. Albert Brooks plays a key character but he's given nothing to sink his teeth into, which is a sin in my book.
