If you like long movies, and you like good stories, and you have the patience to deal with life at the proper pace, you will love this movie. If you are the kind of person that gets distracted by a cookie, you will probably not understand why this movie is so fabulous.
Everything is right in this film - the acting, the score, the cinematography, the story, the based-on-a-true story, everything. Splendid. One of the best films I know of.
