Isak [Karen von Blixen] Dinesen's life in Africa portrayed in an Oscar-winning masterpiece from the mid-80's. I've never been a fan of Streep or Redford, but under the direction of Sidney Pollack they do an absolutely stunning job of telling the complicaed story at hand.
