Probably the most bad ass and to the point Seagal movie, if not action movie. The villain does not have any plan other than to cause havoc and do drugs, Seagal kicks anyones ass that gets in his way, the fights are quick and brutal, no comic relief.
.. just balls out bad assery. Even the beret and faux italian accent can't bring down this.
