Ok in this one Seagal plays Gino an Italian Cop from brooklyn with ties to the mob. Who also knows crazy kung fu . And he finds a dog. And he wears a Beret like demolition man. William Forsythe is a great actor.
I really believed he was gonna beat up on Seagal.
