Review of Our Idiot Brother (2011) by Elian D — 26 Mar 2012
It is not a very good movie, but is funny and sweet and it actually manages to make you care about this naive guy that Rudd efficiently portraits. Deschanel is far from her best, and I've seen Banks give more depth to her charachters, buy they have nice chemestry together.
Aside from the brief back nudity, some crude vocabulary and the liberal use of drugs, I would go as far as to compare it to any sweet family movie (which it isn't, but it sort of has that feel).
It's worth a watch, even though some of the jokes run a bit long and lose strenght beccause of that.
