Review of Our Idiot Brother (2011) by Jiana W — 23 May 2012
Sometimes Ned is completely endearing. People gravitate to him because he is open, friendly, and harmless. He is constantly happy and always honest, which leads to some complications in his own life as well as the lives of his sisters. While Ned is endearing, you also can't believe how naively dumb he can be. His sisters are charming, too, in their own rude ways.
The movie is sweet and funny but ultimately forgettable. Rashida Jones is just too adorable in this. You have to see it to believe it, lol. It's also weird hearing Zooey Deschanel cuss. It just doesn't fit with her persona.
