Uuija: Origin of Evil doesn't do anything to break the mold on the horror genre, instead they opt to write and interesting and capable horror film. A fantastic prequel to 2014's Ouija, the pacing of the story, writing and cinematography are all good enough that anyone who fancies horror or paranormal films should be more than content with what they are presented with.
