Probably better than it has any right to be. The design of the whole thing is great, and the little girl is genuinely creepy whenever she's on screen. As a whole it's nothing original, but the individual elements - the 60s setting/design, the VFX, the dialogue - all do well enough that I didn't really care.
Would recommend, especially for fans of the Conjuring and the like (this is better).
