That's right. This is that kind of stupid, illogical horror movie basically composed of cheap old tricks for scares. No matter how exhausting that sounds, it actually works. It delivers the spooky, low-key scares ignited by crafty filmmaking and paper-thin but committed performances with an enjoyable, bottom-of-the-barrel sense of humor.

I'm not saying it's a good movie but it's fun.
