Review of OSS 117: Lost in Rio (2009) by Nafiu O — 03 Apr 2010
The joke wears a bit thin this go round in this sequel to the hit 2008 French spy spoof, "OSS 117: Cairo, Nest of Spies," in which the boorish, cluelessly insensitive OSS 117 is sent to Brazil to track down an escaped Nazi.
He is joined by a beautiful Mossad agent, hoping to bring the Nazis back to Israel to stand trial. The novelty is pretty much gone, but OSS 117's self absorbed antics are still good for a few cheesy laughs.
