Review of Orphan (2009) by Tay S — 12 Jul 2012
This movie doesnt bring "bumps" nor does it have "anyone lurking behind the shower curtain" but it is certainly one of the most distrubingly chilling movies I've ever seen. The little girl in this movie is the scary element, everything she does, she does well and creepy emitting fear throughout the film.
Likable characters and a somewhat interesting back story, this movie underplays its most frightening moments but it does it so smoothly that by the time it gets to the climax, you will be left wanting for more.
