Review of Orlando (2007) by Alexander J — 23 Jun 2007
The first time I saw Tilda Swinton on screen was a mesmerizing moment. Her portrayal of Orlando remains one of the finest acting performances by a woman up to date. An opulent voyage through the centuries, she does not only deliver it all so refined, she's also challenged with acting like a young nobleman at first.
Follow the change like the seasons do. Poetic, tranquil, smooth, very British. Brontë for the more grown-up.
