Review of Ordinary People (1980) by William R — 29 Jul 2008
So real and heartbreaking. This film has no exaggerations. Nothing is over the top. It's real. So real that I feel Conrad's emotions way too much. Timothy Hutton has done such a great job of portraying Conrad. This is what we all go through in life. I can relate so much to this film.
"Feelings are scary. And sometimes they're painful. And if you can't feel pain... you won't feel anything else either.".
