Absolutely amazing film. The characters are perfectly drawn and all 3 major characters give performances of their career. I can see why this film beat Raging Bull at the Oscars. It deserved to. Many non-film buffs may find this movie boring but please persevere as it's one of the very few films that can come really close to bringing a tear to your eye.
