Review of Orange County (2002) by Thomas B — 22 Sep 2008
I liked this movie, it had some of the same charm that was present in Ten Things I Hate About You, the other of my 'teen drama flicks' that I actually enjoy watching. Both of them have aspiring teen writers who have to deal with angsty stuff and allusions/homages to Shakespeare.
That being said, what a funny, yet poignant and interesting look at what it means to be stuck in a world that you are desperately trying to escape, but perfectly defines who you are.
