Review of Operation: Endgame (2010) by Greg B — 23 Jul 2010

I saw this movie at my local redbox and thought wow...Rob Corddry, Adam Scott, Jeffrey Tambor and Zach Galifianakis in one movie, I never heard of this movie so I rented it and it was a surprisingly good movie for direct to dvd.

There are many flaws to the movie - one it was too short and there didnt seem to be enough time for characters to be developed, and in a dark action comedy you kind of need to do that. Second due to the first flaw, some of the characters were wasted, there could have been a better way than just who's gonna die next to see the characters interact with eachother.

But the good of the movie was some of the really crazy and unique ways to kill people with simple office supplies and the little time some of the actors are on screen they still make have that presence that will make you remember what they did in the film.

Overall its a good action movie and regardless of it being predictable its still worth checking out if youre in need for a good action fix.
