Review of Operation: Endgame (2010) by Brent D — 08 Aug 2010
Intellectually, this movie should be bad. It's brutal, predictable, and has about 30,000 gallons of blood. Despite this, though, the movie is nothing short of awesomesauce. It's superfunny, the fights are well-choreographed, the blood just adds to the humor, the script is fast and furious (and not like a certain Vin Diesel movie either), and the fact that they got such high caliber genre talent (Corddry, Rhames, De Ravin, Galiganakis) is icing on the cake.
It's nothing special, but hey -- neither are the Saw films, and people still flock to those (myself included).
