Review of Open Water (2004) by Diana L — 22 Aug 2010
The suspense is superb leading up to the inevitable ending. Despite it's short running time, it seems to drag on for awhile and that's its only real flaw. Very good, but tough to sit through considering the story's origin being based upon a real case where a couple get stranded in the sea.
The choice to film it on a digital camera really adds to the atmosphere of the content, and almost gives it a documentary-like feel.
