Review of Open Season (2006) by Sharyn H — 28 Feb 2009
I liked most of the characters - they had some life to them, and were watchable. Favourite characters were definitely the Scottish squirrels and the two Latina skunks ("Why you gotta be so sensitive?" - Priceless.
) Elliot is far too much like Shrek's Donkey, though - right down to the voicework, Kutcher often sounds identical to Murphy. One of them is enough. Lastly, even though I didn't get much out of the character itself, the alpha stag named Ian was voiced by actor Patrick Warbuton who I've loved the voice of since he did Kronk on The Emperor's New Groove - was great hearing him again.
