Plot: 2/5 - After leaving his own wedding to try and save Mr. Weenie from being taken away by his previous owners, Elliot and the gang set off to save Mr. Weenie from the clutches of domestication. But, after a fight between Elliot and his fiance, Giselle, heats up, Elliot leaves the group, hoping to find Mr. Weenie solo.

The plot is possibly one of the most overdone plot's of all time. First, there's the kidnapping, and the journey to find Mr. Weenie, which is one of the oldest formula's for of movie. Second, Elliot leaves the group and goes solo. I can think of a million movies, books, and t.v episodes that include this scenario. Third, Mr. Weenie rejoins with all his old friends, but one of them rejects the fact that he is back. This, once again has been overdone in everything. So, pretty much this movie is just a rip-off of other movies that are rip-offs.

Acting: 3/5 - The acting is a little to overdone. German dog, scottish squirrel, black guy sounding bear. All the voices try too hard to emphasize the character, such as Elliots 'going through puberty voice' to boot the fact that he is a total wimp. All in all though, it isn't bad.

Script: 4/5 - Surprisingly, this movie was actually kind of funny. It wasn't laugh-out-loud funny, but usually a joke would make you chuckle to yourself a bit. The movie also seems to strike a sentimental nerve. You may start to feel sorry for the owners of Mr. Weenie after watching the owner break down and start crying when she learns that Mr. Weenie is gone again, and the one phrase she said, "Just take me home Bob. I want to go home.", made me practically cry. To sum it up, the script is very solid.

Comedy: 3/5 - Like I mentioned before, the movie is chuckle funny. The movie will make a few misses, usually with physical comedy, but it's still pretty funny for a children's movie.

Interest: 3/5 - Due to the lack of originality, the movie is very predictable, so you may find yourself zoning out and thinking about something else during the movie. But, depending on you're age, you may be enthralled by the scenery and the overall character design.

Grade: 3/5 (60%) = OKAY.
